These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Northline Consulting website and services. By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or services.

Northline Consulting provides marketing coordination, event planning, and brand design services. All services are offered based on the scope, timeline, and deliverables agreed upon before the start of work. Details may be provided through proposals, booking descriptions, or written communication.

All consultations, memberships, packages, and custom services must be booked through the website or confirmed in writing. Services may require advance payment, recurring payment, or a custom quote, depending on the service selected. Prices, payment schedules, and service terms are clearly outlined at the time of booking or agreement.

For services offered as memberships or recurring plans, clients are responsible for maintaining an active payment status. Missed or failed payments may result in paused or discontinued services until payment is resolved. Custom services and one-time projects require payment approval before work begins.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are subject to the specific service or booking policy connected to your service. Some services may require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Fees already paid may be non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing timely information, feedback, approvals, and assets required to complete services. Delays in communication or approvals may affect timelines and delivery dates. Northline Consulting is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client input.

All work produced by Northline Consulting remains the intellectual property of Northline Consulting until full payment has been received. Upon payment, clients are granted the right to use the final deliverables for their intended business purposes. Drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of Northline Consulting unless otherwise agreed upon.

Northline Consulting is not responsible for outcomes related to third-party platforms, vendors, software, or services, including but not limited to social media platforms, email providers, printers, venues, or event vendors. Any third-party costs are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included in the service agreement.

While Northline Consulting aims to provide professional guidance and support, no specific results, revenue, engagement, or performance outcomes are guaranteed. Business results depend on many factors outside of Northline Consulting’s control.

This website and its content are provided “as is.” Northline Consulting makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee that all information on the site is current, complete, or error-free.

Northline Consulting reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
