This plan is designed for small events that need structure, organization, and planning guidance without full hands-on management. The Basic Event Planning Plan focuses on creating a clear plan so events run smoothly while the client maintains execution control. Support may include event planning consultation, timeline and checklist creation, vendor research and recommendations, budget guidance, communication coordination leading up to the event, and basic logistics planning. Scope is defined before onboarding.
