This plan is designed for events that require full planning oversight and execution support. The Expert Event Planning Plan provides end-to-end coordination, strategic decision-making, and hands-on management to ensure a seamless event experience. Support may include event strategy and concept development, full vendor sourcing and management, budget oversight, detailed run-of-show creation, stakeholder communication, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up. Scope and responsibilities are defined before onboarding.
