This plan is designed for events that require hands-on coordination and consistent oversight. The Premium Event Planning Plan includes active vendor coordination, timeline management, logistics planning, and ongoing communication to keep the event on track. Support may include vendor sourcing and coordination, timeline and run-of-show management, budget tracking, guest experience planning, and coordination leading up to the event. Scope and responsibilities are defined before onboarding.
